death is part of life. i am a certified EOL Doula. i can help you with simple wills, advance care directives, DNR's, living wills... but my love is Legacy work... what this means is i will help you make the phone calls, write the letters , forgive people, reconnect with loved ones, make photo albums, write your story and publish it for you...the possibilities are endless.
*extra fees would be applied if i am printing and publishing
this covers 6 months of working Art Therapy. we meet once a month either via computer live or in my home studio. Prior to our first meet i will send you an email asking you specific questions as to how you are looking to heal, grow, release, breath....i will make you a custom list of prompts which we will discuss and create at the first meeting of every month. so you get 24 prompts over 6 months with each prompt being a chance to write or create something in your journal ...
i am going to post at least once monthly projects , fun ideas, memory makers...all kinds of things for you, as the gran of kids, fur babies, parent of adult kids, child of aging parents....ideas to help you live your life with them all to the fullest. and if you have any special requests just message or email me.

who and what inspires you to be brave, to have courage, to go for it?!!! this is a small mixed media book i will walk you through with prompts to create your own book of courage...know someone who is struggling? have a growing child who needs encouragement? these are fun for all ages to give and receive. plus the bonus is...........ahhhhh. take the class and i will reveal it to you!!!
every day you will receive via email one page of short prompts... time to allow per day-10 minutes- so you do not overthink it! i will use Desmond Tutu's book of forgiving as part of my reference guide. the goal? to heal old scars, to break down barriers, to lift burdens you carry leading you on the path towards joy and peace.
